Consider the following topline findings:
- 2017’s 100 real estate software M&A transactions mark another high point and the fourth consecutive year of sector deal growth (17% 4-Yr CAGR) within the real estate software industry.
- The residential and commercial categories accounted for the largest percentage of deals during 2017, comprising 49% and 35% of all real estate transactions, respectively.
- Private equity firms drove nearly 40% of real estate software M&A transactions in 2017.
